Women’s Over 30 Teams

West End Football Club welcomes players of all skill levels. The Women’s Over 30 teams accept full-time and part-time players and those who perhaps have not played for a while or have never played. For the first time ever, in 2020 there are  two West End Women’s Over 30 Women’s teams that play in the Queensland Independent Football.

After playing three games already for West End O30s I have to say that I have not had this much fun in a long time.  Even though I have never played soccer in a competition in my life, everyone has been so encouraging and supportive. Games and Training

Training – Davies Park, West End, Wednesday nights, 6.15-8pm with Coach Harry

Home ground – Davies Park, West End

Games – Sundays (usually afternoon) at Davies Park, or Friday nights away games.

2020 Season is underway!

Other Requirements

The women’s teams are provided with shirts on game days and members take turns washing the kit each week. Players need to wear club socks (which are available from the team managers for $10) and club shorts (which are available from the team managers for $25) and need to wear boots and shin-pads for all games.
